''Elachista bedellella'' is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found from Scandinavia to the Iberian Peninsula, Italy and Bulgaria and from Great Britain to Russia. The wingspan is . Adults are on wing from May to June and again in August in two generations per year.〔(Hants Moths )〕 The larvae feed on ''Arrhenatherum elatius'', ''Avena'', ''Avenula pratensis'', ''Festuca ovina'', ''Phleum'', ''Poa nemoralis'' and ''Poa trivialis''. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a blotch in the leaf tip.
